Contract reviews and negotiations with vendors to secure the best price and inclusions for you
Timeline creation and final run sheet adjustments with your vendors

Regular updates and check-ins so you’re never out of the loop
Pricing: From $6,000 - $15,000 depending on scope and location.

1-hour pre-wedding consultation to discuss run sheet, styling elements, and coordination requirements
Weekend on-site event support for up to 10 hours
Setup, styling, vendor liaison, timeline management, setup assistance, troubleshooting, and pack-down support as needed

Travel within Sydney metro areas Price: $950 flat rate
